The Foreign Trade Zone Operating Company of Texas has actively promoted the foreign trade zone program since 1991. Though primarily focused on zone clients located in the DFW metroplex area, FTZOC has supported projects in other parts of Texas, and other states, and will actively expand its operations within and outside of Texas in the coming year. 

Offering a unique, turnkey approach to operating in a foreign trade zone, FTZOC handles initial zone activation, sets up specific zone operating procedures, processes all day zone transactions, and provides specialized consulting services, as needed.  Using software developed specifically for the needs of its clients, FTZOC provides a paper audit trail of current or historical zone activity, and manages all periodic reporting required by CBP and the zone board. In addition, as a licensed Customs broker, FTZOC is able to process all FTZ withdrawals, and assist clients with product classification, valuation and related demands that are a critical part of the import/export process. FTZOC also offers its clients the added benefits of customized landed cost and shipment tracking services.
